CSTD is a Canadian professional association with a focus on training, learning and performance. CSTD offers professional certification to qualified learning and development professionals.
I am currently pursuing CTDP certification - Certified Training and Development Professional. This is a premier certification for learning professionals who have a breadth of experience across five competencies: assessing performance needs, designing learning activities, facilitating, supporting the transfer of learning and evaluating training.

The Association for Psychological Type International is an international organization with members from all over the globe who have an interest in personality type. Members come from across the globe with a variety of backgrounds and industry experience such as organizational development, education, counseling and psychotherapy. Members are concerned with the ethical use of type theory as well as extending type research, application and development.

The Ontario Association for the Application of Personality Type (OAAPT) was a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting an understanding of Personality type and Temperament, and the effective and ethical applications of Type, Temperament, and other related instruments.
Learning opportunities helped members foster greater understanding, best practices and develop expertise in the area of Type and Temperament.
